Helping You Help Your Clients
Are you excited about facilitating a Craving Change workshop but feeling a little apprehensive?
Would you like a more in-depth understanding of the psycho-social aspects of eating?
How confident are you facilitating group discussions on sensitive topics?
Do you learn more effectively with a hands-on approach?
Could you benefit from some personalized tips for becoming a more skilled, motivating group facilitator?
If so, consider attending or hosting a Craving Change training workshop.
“In November 2008 a planning committee in Saint John, New Brunswick organized a Craving Change Facilitator Training session for 35 health professionals. Representation from various parts of our province was represented. Attendance for the training filled very quickly - we had full enrolment and a waiting list of people hoping to attend within weeks of announcing the workshop. The responsiveness and flexibility shown by Colleen and Wendy certainly simplified the planning of this workshop. Following the training, 100% of the participants evaluated that they were very confident in their ability to describe the Craving Change program to clients and colleagues. Both Colleen and Wendy are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their work. Since the training we have offered the program to our community and we are getting rave reviews from the participants!!” Bonnie McGraw
