Understanding our associations with food and shifting our thinking about eating are the underpinnings of Craving Change. We recently heard from a Primary Care Network dietitian whose patients have demonstrated both of these concepts:
“I feel that every time I bring up Craving Change principles with my patients I hear comments such as, ‘Oh, I never thought of it that way’. Over time, patients are able to make associations between their emotions and their eating. Once they have this understanding, they do a much better job sustaining healthy eating behaviors.”
“Awesome program! I am a better Dietitian today because of the principles I have learned here. Very happy I got certified!”
