Embrace the Holidays

A holiday classic!  A big part of any holiday is the FOOD. Each year, we like to remind you of the three-page Craving Change® resource for an activity called, ‘Embrace the Holidays’. It includes some timely scenarios that encourage clients to identify potential situational, thinking and emotional triggers for problematic eating. It then provides examples of how to utilize strategies from the Craving Change® program and workbook to manage these common challenges. This topic doesn’t have an expiry date! And with a little modification, the activity is also relevant for the many holidays to be enjoyed in 2019. Download the worksheets below.
