More Additions to Library

It’s officially fall and time to add some new resources to the Certified Facilitator Resource Library. Based on popular demand from some of our licensed clinicians, we have added a Facilitated Activity and accompanying Worksheet on the very relevant cognitive-behavioural skill of Mindful Eating. Clients love the mindful eating exercise that can be a great strategy for managing ‘mouth hunger’. The two-page review quiz on Types of Hunger is a fun and effective way of helping clients identify the three types of hunger.

Logging in has been simplified! Certified Facilitators can now just click on the new ‘Resource Library’ button at the top of the Craving Change® web pages and access the library using the password provided upon certification.
