The first instalment in the Certified Facilitator Resource Library for 2015 includes three new worksheets. ‘Just One Bite’ challenges clients to make an oh-so-simple, yet surprisingly difficult change to their eating that addresses all-or-nothing thinking. The other two worksheets were developed for the CON/DC Obesity Retreat but can be used with any clients making lifestyle changes. The concept of working with clients to design a ‘Me Plan’ instead of a ‘Meal Plan’ was very popular with the workshop attendees. Now Craving Change® Certified Facilitators can also download two of the workshop resources for their practice. Clients can use these tools to develop personalized ‘Self-affirmations’ and ‘Non-food Rewards’ guaranteed to help motivate them to make positive changes.
