Ashley Hurley, a Family Health Team dietitian, recently re-certified and shared these comments:
“I feel that I can present Craving Change® concepts using language from non-diet, weight-neutral and mindfulness-based approaches to nutrition care.”
“The resource I use most often is the types of hunger worksheet. Most patients know the experience of different types of hunger but don’t have the language to express this until we go through this activity. I find it very helpful for patients who express “I’m ALWAYS hungry” because it gives them a way to label what they are experiencing.”
