There’s a Mouse in my Mousse!

Posted: May 27, 2015

Attention Certified Facilitators – check out the May 2015 additions to the Resource Library.

Use the humorous scenario described in the Tips and Updates section entitled, ‘There’s a Mouse in My Mousse!‘ to demonstrate the powerful influence our thoughts have on our actions.

New Client Worksheets focus on the concept of distraction. The ‘Distraction-free Diet‘ points out the negative consequences of distracted eating and issues a challenge to clients. The two-part worksheet, ‘Redirect Your Thinking‘ and ‘Distraction Depot Items‘, expands on the Distract Yourself strategy found on pages 80-82 in the Facilitator’s Manual and page 32 in the Client Workbook.
